"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceed as a Members' Voluntary Liquidation and that Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404) and Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
