Notice is given by Martinet Gashugi that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Recovery House, 15-17 Roebuck Road, Hainault Business Park, Ilford, Essex IG6 3TU on 18 December 2018 at 10:30 am. The purpose of the meeting is to form a committee, for the appointment of A J Clark as Liquidator and agreement of Carter Clark's statement of affairs fee.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting (if not already lodged) and their proxy in advance of the meeting to Carter Clark, Recovery House, 15-17 Roebuck Road, Hainault Business Park, Ilford, Essex IG6 3TU. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
