At an Extraordinary General Meeting of members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Blue Bell Inn, High St, Annan DG12 6AG on 15th February 2019 at 10.15am, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and as an Ordinary Resolution, that Lindsay Farrer , (IP no. 9487) of Saint & Co., Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
