A Petition to wind up the above-named company of WWS Convenience Store Ltd (07209050) of 280 Colne Road, Burnley BB10 1DZ, whose nature of business is Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating , presented on Thursday 20 June 2019, at 00:00 by WAKEFIELD COUNCIL, of Revenues And Benefits Service, Wakefield One, Po Box 700, Wakefield WF1 2EB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 August 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
