"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allister Manson (IP No. 23290) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up."
