Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 May 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Conrad Beighton (IP No. 9556) and David Griffiths (IP No. 22930) both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
