"That the company be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 3.45 pm and that Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) and Christopher Wood (IP No. 9571) both of Clough Corporate Solutions Limited, Vicarage Chambers, 9 Park Square East, Leeds, LS1 2LH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
