NOTICE IS GIVEN, PURSUANT to section 105 of The Insolvency Act 1986 by the Joint Liquidators, Tracy M Clowry (IP No 9562) and Gareth Hunt (IP No 19132), that general meetings of members and creditors will be held at the office of Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP on Monday, 19 October 2020 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up to date.

Creditors are also being asked to consider whether the liquidation should continue..

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. A proxy form is available and must be lodged at Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP by not later than 12 noon on Friday, 16 October 2020.

The following resolution will be considered at the meetings:
