Notice is given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Rd, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD on 22 September 2022, at 10:00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew R Bailey (IP No. 18810) and Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or seperately.”
