At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 2B Vantage Park, Washingley Road, Huntingdon, Cambridge, PE29 6SR on 6 March 2020 at 11.15 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
