On 19 August 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed by written resolutions as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily

That Thomas Charles Russell and Sandra Lillian Mundy both of James Cowper Kreston be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators' needs to be done by both of either of them, with the understanding that the Joint Liquidators' appointment is conditional upon them being satisfied that a suitable indemnity has been provided to them by the member at the time of their appointment or the Joint Liquidators otherwise waive such a requirement at the Joint Liquidators' discretion.
