At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Fifteen Rosehill, Montgomery Way, Carlisle, CA1 2RW on 27 June 2019 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeanette Brown (IP No. 8857) and Jackie Kirsopp (IP No. 10270) both of Dodd & Co Limited, Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7HW be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly and severally."
