"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) and Tyrone Shaun Courtman (IP No. 7237) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
