Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Joint Liquidators have been appointed by the Secretary of State.

Chris Parkman (IP Number: 9588) and Lisa Alford (IP Number: 9723) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above named Company on 20 August 2018.

It is not proposed to hold a meeting of members and creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors Committee. Under Section 141 (2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Creditor with, (or with the concurrence of) 10% of the total value of the company's Creditors may request that a meeting of Creditors is held.
