"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Meany (IP No. 9453) of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH and Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
