"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA and Peter Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) of Mercer & Hole, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally."
