A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Worldwide Exotics Limited (00862577) whose registered office is Europa House, Goldstone Villas, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3RQ whose nature of business is, Wholesale of fruit and vegetables presented on 9 March 2020, at 15.25 by VAN GEEST INTERNATIONAL B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Jogchem Van Der Houtweg 41, 2678 Ha De Lier, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Wednesday 29 April 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
