NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final meeting of the creditors of World Of Furniture (NI) Limited will be held at 11:00 am on 17 December 2019. The meeting will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12-15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH.

The meeting is called pursuant to Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator explaining the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that he may consider necessary.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton (NI) LLP, 12-15 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
