2. “That Situl Devji Raithatha and Deviesh Ramesh Raikundalia, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, both of Springfields Advisory LLP, 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester LE1 7GS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”
