At a GENERAL MEETING of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB, on 18 April 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Raymond Stuart Claughton (IP Number 1726) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB telephone 01274 598585 be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.”
