Notice is hereby given that on 24 June 2022 a petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by the Directors of Worksmart Contracts Ltd (Company Number SC416480) craving the Court inter alia to order that Worksmart Contracts Ltd having their registered office at 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ER be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 5 July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
