“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) and Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
