Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions proposed by the Sole Director were passed as follows: Circulation Date: 20 January 2021, Effective Date: 2 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Michael Hawes (IP No. 8954) and Matthew James Cowlishaw (IP No. 9631) both of Deloitte LLP, 5 Callaghan Square, Cardiff, CF10 5BT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the Company's affairs and that any act required or authorised under any enactment or resolution of the Company to be done by them, may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 4 February 2021 the appointment of the Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
