"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Stuart Robb (IP No. 19450) and Michelle Elliot (IP No. 22750) both of Leonard Curtis, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
