“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, Batchworth House, Batchworth Place, Church Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 1JE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act jointly or severally."
