At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 59 Lafone Street, London, SE1 2LX and moved to Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House Morth, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX, on 17 December 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Stella Davis (IP No. 9585) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 17 December 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Stella Davis and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
