Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 06 February 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gerald Irwin, of Irwin, & Company, be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 6 February 2017 Freddy Khalastchi and Mark Newton (IP Nos 9732 and 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT as were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
