“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
