A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Suite No 2, First Floor, Kenwood House, 77a Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1AG presented on 8 May 2018 by The Czech Republic, Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic of Letenska 15, 118 10 Prague 1, Czech Republic claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at High Court of Justice, Insolvency and Companies List, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 20 June 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner's Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 19 June 2018.
