At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 60 Marshall Road, Rainham, Kent, ME8 0AW on 8 November 2019 at 2.15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
