At a General Meeting of the above named LLP, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS on 10 November 2021 at 11.30 am, the following Determinations were duly passed as a Special Determination and as Ordinary Determinations:

"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Mark Hodgett (IP No. 24990) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
