Notice is hereby given that on 1 July 2021, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk for the Liquidation of WMA Limited, having its Registered Office and a place of business at Unit 4b Gateway Business Park, Beancross Road, Grangemouth, Scotland, FK3 8WX (“The Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Steven Wright and Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioners of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited of 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6QY be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by Interlocutor of 2 July 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Steven Wright and Annette Menzies to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
