Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP32 7FA, on 10 February 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Steven Law, (IP No. 8727) and Adrian Allen, (IP No. 008740) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the company, to act on a joint and several basis.”
