Notice is hereby given that on 14 March 2019 a petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by the Director of WKD Catering Solutions Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that WKD Catering Solutions Ltd having its Registered Office at C/O DA Accountants, Spiersbridge Business Park, 1 Spiersbridge Way, Thornliebank, Glasgow, Scotland, G46 8NG be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Jamie Carmichael, Qualified Insolvency Practitioner of the J3 Group Limited, Suite 144, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1RW, be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Pender by Interlocutor dated 20 March 2019 appointed the said Jamie Carmichael, as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in Parts, I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all parties claiming an interest must lodge answers with the sheriff clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
