At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 14 Greenfields Business Park, Wheatfield Way, Hinckley, LE10 1BB on 6 February 2020 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Bates (IP No. 8983) of Smart Business Recovery Limited, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DG be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

It should be noted that the original meeting of creditors 30 January 2020 and was ajourned until 6 February 2020.
