"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ruben Garcia-Quismondo Pereda (IP No. 17050) of Quabbala Limited, Warwick House, 65-66 Queen Street, London, EC4R 1EB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
