Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of provided for in Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may do so personally or by proxy. A creditor can attend the meeting in person and vote, and is entitled to vote if they have delivered proof of their debt by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting. If a creditor cannot attend in person, or does not wish to attend but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the Chair of the meeting, who will be a director of the Company, to vote on their behalf. Creditors must deliver their proxy by no later than the commencement of the meeting. A proxy may be used at the resumption of the meeting after an adjournment, but if a different proxy is given for use at a resumed meeting, that proxy must be delivered to the chair before the start of the resumed meeting. Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote at the meeting. At the meeting creditors may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting of creditors. The meeting will be held at St Johns Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester M26 1LS on 25 September 2019, at 14:00.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Steven Wiseglass at St Johns Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester M26 1LS by no later than 16:00 on 24 September 2019.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 24 September 2019.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 24 September 2019.
