"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Margaret Carter (IP No. 020730) of Azets, 6th Floor, Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL and Kerry Pearson (IP No. 016014) of Azets, Bede House, 3 Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
