At a general meeting of the Member of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Boulter & Co LLP, First Floor, 11-19 Park Road, Crouch End, London N8 8TE on 09 March 2021 at 12:45pm, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) of Frost Group Limited, Court House, The Old Police Station, Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 1BS, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with her recovery policy disclosed to the member."
