At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at MHA Moore & Smalley, Kendal House, Murley Moss Business Village, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL, on 16 October 2019, at 2.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
