A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 20 March 2020 by ONE STOP HIRE LTD of Unit 9 Chorley West Business Park, Ackhurst Road, Chorley PR7 1NL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Unit A7, The Dresser Centre, Whitworth Street, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2NE will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Monday 11 May 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Thursday 7 May 2020.
