Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of the company passed on 2 March 2020, the following resolutions as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
