NOTICE is hereby given that on 10 February 2022 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Lesley Helen Keen of 325 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow G43 2DS and Ema Helena Culik of Flat 3/1, 11 Deanston Drive, Glasgow G41 3AF for an order to wind up WINDUNA ENTERPRISES LTD (Registered Number SC495304), having its Registered Office at 325 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow G43 2DS in which Petition, Sheriff T Kelly by Interlocutor dated 14 February 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Shona Joanne Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of Henderson Loggie LLP, 100 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PP to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Winduna Enterprises Ltd with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the powers conferred by Sections 135, 136 and 169, for a limited period of three months from the date of the interlocutor (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said company, whichever is earlier; all of which notice is hereby given.
