A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of (registered no 04331080) of Suite 132, 33 Parkway, London NW1 7PN, presented on 1 February 2016 by JRD VENTURES 1 LLP, c/o 65 Carter Lane, London EC4V 5HF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 21 March 2016, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
