At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 2.3 Waulk Mill, 51 Bengal Street, Ancoats, Manchester M4 6LN on 15 September 2020 at 11.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
