“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Yin Lee (IP No. 23292) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
