At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA on 21 December 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting held on 21 December 2018 Paul David Allen and Anthony John Wright were appointed liquidators by creditors and Martin C Armstrong was given his release.
