At a GENERAL MEETING of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Admirals Offices, Main Gate Road, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ on the 22nd February 2019 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, viz.:-

RESOLUTION

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mrs Adelle Firestone, Certified Accountant, of Firestones Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Admirals Offices, Main Gate Road, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

By a subsequent DEEMED CONSENT PROCEDURE on the same day the appointment of Mrs Adelle Firestone, Certified Accountant, of Firestones Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Admirals Offices, Main Gate Road, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ was confirmed.
