Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2017 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Andrew Greg McTaggart, 10-14 Grange Street, Kilmarnock KA1 2AR as Director of William Murchland & Company Limited for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up William Murchland & Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC030230) and having its Registered Office Address at 10-14 Grange Street, Kilmarnock KA1 2AR and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 8 June 2017 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; appoints any party interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Court of Session within 8 days after such intimation and advertisement, under certification; eo die nominated and appointed Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner to be provisional liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
