“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Dominic Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Nicholas W Nicholson (IP No. 9624) both of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
